Very nice place with swimming pool, bowls, ping-pong, park with games, everything very nice, only flaw is the cleanliness of the apartment

We stayed for a week in this residence at the end of April.
Apartment advertised for 4 people but 2 people sleep in the living room benches, no storage, open suitcases in the living room.
Aging residence - missing exterior parking barrier

Room located above underground parking exit (noise of cars passing on rainwater plate) small 140 bed and discomfort for 2
Invasion of ants every morning in the bathroom (they are housed in the window frame - significant vegetation nearby and not trimmed): Problem reported to reception, 2 cleaning ladies returned outside the indicated time, applied two coats of repellent and indicated "we will do what we can". We stayed with the ants all week....

Warm and professional welcome, very beautiful residence well located, close to shops, with a beautiful swimming pool and pretty wooded park. The apartment was very functional with a beautiful terrace and a lovely sea and swimming pool view. We recommend this residence and will be delighted to come back!
