Quiet place with acceptable quality

1st time with them!
Despite the disastrous weather, the two girls at reception are great!!

I needed an extra pillow, without waiting I got this one, a big thank you for the welcome and the kindness don't change anything you are wonderful :)

For the room, well soundproofed, comfortable bed, however the cleaning leaves something to be desired:/ long, black hair in the bed and bread crumbs on the hotplate!

Also surprised to see that it's up to us to make the bed when we arrive, I didn't know the concept, but hey, it's not an easy task.

Location 10/10!

The parking lot remains (muddy) sand/gravel is not great in the car! (Rainy weather).

But I still recommend the residence, washing machine, dryer too it seems to me, etc. we really liked it despite everything!

Residence very well located in Saint Martin de Ré. Spacious accommodation for a studio and well equipped. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The swimming pool open during the Christmas holidays is a plus but it really needs to be renovated (paint on the walls falling off, aging liner and green marks on the skimmer)

The downside is the sauna which is not yet operational.

Residence ideally located in Saint Martin de Ré, 200 m from the port and close to cycle paths to discover the Ile de Ré.
Excellent welcome even before our arrival (phone 2 days before) and throughout our stay; Thanks to Jeanne for her professionalism.
