Very disappointed. Old-fashioned residence, dirty rooms, unusable infrastructure at the time of stay. Only the children's play area was accessible and in good condition. Woke up at 7:30 a.m. by the maintenance of green spaces.
In short, very expensive for this type of accommodation. Maybe it's better in high season...

Very pleasant stay with unlimited Wellness Area access: a real plus. Very clean space.
Very pleasant and responsive staff.
5 min walk from the coastal path!
I recommend and even in January!
