We took advantage of the long weekend of November 11 to see Collioure.
We liked the room. It was clean, well appointed and had a wonderful view of the sea (room 26). The sofa bed and beds were comfortable.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is storage. The cleaning kit is perfect.
We also liked the location. We have not once moved our car from the residence's parking lot (which is chargeable). Everything is done on foot and with a breathtaking view of the sea. And it's really quiet.
The staff is pleasant and attentive.
Please note that the parking spaces are narrow. (Remember to specify what type of car you have in order to have an adequate parking space).
We really had a good time in this residence. We will come back for sure!

Relaxation and wonder for the eyes were there.
This Pierre et Vacances residence is ideally located, and being in low season outside school holidays, the calm was very appreciable..

Certainly the residence is a little shabby, especially the corridors, but it is ideally located. The staff is super friendly, the city is very pretty.

Magnificent residence where we had a very good holiday, a very pleasant and quiet place

Very unhappy following my reservation on September 16 and 17. Indeed, a flooding of the common areas and our studio (explosion of the balloon in the corridor) did not allow us to have our rental at the scheduled time and hot water until the next day. We had to heat the water using the kettle to wash ourselves. To this are added the noise pollution (water suction, cleaning, etc.) from the apartments closed during the flood and discovered by customers late in the evening after leaving for the day. A commercial gesture was planned by the management but I I haven't had any news to date... It's a shame, despite the kindness of Philippe at reception, it spoiled our arrival... the asking price was not up to par!!!
