Well-located residence within walking distance of the centre of Collioure. However, 10 euros for parking at the top of the residence is not secure and on the road. It is expensive. The view of Collioure and the sea is very pleasant.

The residence offers a beautiful view of Collioure.
It has been renovated and is comfortable and quiet.
Good value for money.
