I didn't enjoy my stay. The check-in process was awful. There was no concept of customer service, more like a public service. They're clearly cutting corners (e.g., the tiny bar of soap provided for the shower). All the meals were the same. Breakfast was okay, but there was no creativity whatsoever. They served the same fruit every day when they could easily add tropical bananas, mangoes, etc. Getting a beach towel and returning it was a whole ordeal. I'll never come back here.
This is the second time we've chosen this hotel in Martinique, and we were delighted once again. The location is wonderful, right on the seafront, with beautiful views and the beach just steps away.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is also very beautiful, well-maintained, and blends perfectly with the tropical surroundings.
The staff were always very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially want to mention the restaurant team at breakfast: every morning they greeted us with a smile and a very warm welcome, making it the perfect way to start the day.
Without a doubt, it's a hotel we would happily return to!
