We had a 15-day stay with very attentive and responsive staff. We had a problem with a leaking air conditioner, which was resolved after we reported it three times. As a gesture of goodwill, management offered us two free meals and breakfasts. The location is perfect for sightseeing; the only downside is that it's a bit dated (the pool liner is warped, the furniture is old-fashioned, and the buffet-style food isn't very varied).
Beautiful space and lovely view. The grounds are well-maintained and spacious. The palm trees are magnificent.
However, the service was not up to the standard expected of this type of establishment. This was already evident on the phone when I contacted them to upgrade the accommodation I had already booked... "impossible..." I noticed people wearing tank tops in the pool without any comment being made to them.
And finally, the pastries at breakfast were very greasy.
Also, cable covers on the restaurant lights would be a welcome addition.
A very pleasant residence with a large swimming pool, ideally located on the Caribbean coast, perfect for a great stay in Martinique. Self-catering or half-board options are available.
Two additional restaurants, a snack bar, and a mini-supermarket offer a variety of dining options. Good value for money.
