Quiet and pleasant residence, very clean, I loved it and would rent it again without hesitation

Residence located near La Baule Bay and the racecourse.

The small houses are a bit dated but clean.

However, the water pressure in the bathroom is really low.

The heated indoor pool is a real plus ?.

There is also a playground and a ping-pong table.
Excellent value for money in October.

Very friendly welcome, attentive staff.
A minor lighting issue in the room was quickly resolved.

We enjoyed the pool and sauna. We have absolutely no complaints about either the staff or the residence.
I highly recommend this residence.

First time for us and we weren't disappointed at all. Smiles, friendliness, and helpfulness. Beautiful apartment for 6. 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed. 2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels provided. Quiet and green surroundings. Luggage cart available (we're girls, so we had quite a bit of luggage, you never know ?). Secure parking at night with a code for residents. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool and sauna (November). It's possible to order bread and pastries. We'll definitely be back.
