Stay at the end of August, quiet and very clean residence (like the cleanliness of the city and Andorra). I had reserved the apartment for two people… top notch! Ideally for 4 people max (but not for five)

Quite old apartments, the beds are not double, each of the rooms has 1 bed and the second is a trundle. It is essential to give it a coat of paint, everything is very scratched and used.
We had a problem with the refrigerator and I have to highlight the good and fast service from the reception.

Not too new apartment building. Our apartment clean and quiet area. Parking in the same building at a cost of €10 per night. The rest of the parking lot is blue zone.
The arrival time should be earlier and the departure time should be extended.

Lamentamos que algunos aspectos de su estancia no cumplieran con sus expectativas.
Para nosotros es importante que nuestros huéspedes disfruten de un sueño reparador y lamentamos que el sofá cama no haya sido de su agrado. Para una próxima ocasión le animamos que reserve un apartamento en lugar de un estudio.

I don't recommend anyone else to go to your hotel. Yes, my reservation is non-refundable, but what about the fact that you did not provide me with all the beds for the whole family. You have nothing else to write in your excuse - missing beds in the room - which you were at the reception agreed to, and then cheated and provided nothing - no extra bed, no other room, no money for the service not provided. Deceivers and cheats YOU‼️‼️‼️ and your whole team. I hope you get what you deserve for all the people you have cheated. My 620€ - now you cost you a reputation for all your affiliated hotels. Lying, cheating and deceit is all you can give people!
