The best hotel in Andorra... the breakfast is the best in Andorra... central, comfortable, and very clean... the beds are incredibly comfortable.
This is my second time here, and there will be many more.

The reception area boasts a majestic chandelier, the breakfast is varied and of good quality, and the suite's design is undeniably sophisticated.

Unfortunately, these positive aspects are not enough to compensate for a profoundly disappointing experience.

This overnight stay was a gift from my wife, a particularly generous gesture considering the suite's very high price. We were therefore expecting an exceptional experience. Instead, we encountered a series of disappointments.

Upon arrival, we noticed a stained bathrobe, a detail completely unacceptable in an establishment positioning itself as upscale. My wife had also paid extra for a romantic package, but the provided champagne bucket was defective and leaked, leaving water on the suite's desk.

Between the bathroom and the bedroom, a poorly secured baseboard posed a real danger: we tripped on it several times. The private spa, one of the main selling points justifying the price of this suite, was only partially functional, which significantly detracted from our experience.

The lighting design is also baffling. Aside from the bathroom, there is no ceiling lighting. The rest consists of decorative floor lights, insufficient for comfortably enjoying the suite.

The air conditioning malfunctioned almost every hour. With an outside temperature of 37°C (99°F), maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room was particularly difficult.

The bedding, consisting of two single beds pushed together, is visibly worn. For a suite at this price point, the expected comfort was simply not there.

The most disappointing aspect, however, was the reception staff's response. Despite the various problems we reported, we encountered neither genuine attentiveness, nor empathy, nor any willingness to find a suitable solution.

When you invest such a sum to offer a special moment to the person you love, you at least expect to be taken seriously when so many problems arise.

What was supposed to be a memorable experience, a gift from my wife, unfortunately turned into a series of inconveniences and frustrations. Given the price charged and the advertised services, the gap between promise and reality is considerable. I leave this stay with a profound sense of disappointment and cannot recommend this establishment under these circumstances.

The chandelier in the lobby is majestic, and the breakfast was good quality and varied. The room design was well thought out.

However;

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially since I had booked a suite that was supposed to offer a high-end experience.

Upon arrival, we noticed several unacceptable problems: the provided bathrobe was stained, which seriously raises concerns about hygiene and quality control. I had also paid extra for a romantic package, but the champagne bucket provided was defective and leaked, leaving water everywhere in the suite.

Furthermore, a poorly positioned baseboard between the bathroom and the bedroom posed a real risk, as we tripped on it several times. The private spa, which was one of the suite's main attractions, was only partially functional, which significantly impacted our experience.

The suite was severely lacking in lighting. There was no ceiling light. The only light was in the bathroom. The rest of the lighting was decorative floor lamps.

The air conditioning malfunctioned every hour, making the temperature unbearably high with the outside temperature of 37°C (99°F).

The spring mattresses were too worn for the comfort expected in a suite, especially since it consisted of two single beds placed side by side.

However, the most regrettable aspect was the attitude of the reception staff. Despite the various problems we reported, we were met with little consideration, no real listening, understanding, or willingness to find a satisfactory solution. This lack of professionalism and friendliness only compounded our disappointment.

Considering the price paid for a suite and the advertised amenities, this experience fell far short of expectations. I do not recommend this establishment in its current state.
