The hotel has a good location but the rooms are very old, the dirt is quite dirty and the rooms are full of dust. The atmosphere feels super stuffy but at least you can open the windows to let in fresh air! It's not a 4 star, there are better hostels. The common areas such as the reception and the restaurant are good and the staff is friendly.

We return to this hotel because two years ago we had a great time, the location is perfect, rooms and bathrooms are large and well maintained.
The only problem is that no one warned that there was construction right at the door and that at 8 in the morning on a Saturday they start making noise. The works are not something specific, they must take months and there are months left but no one says anything.

Sin embargo, lamentamos las molestias causadas por las obras que está realizando Andorra Telecom en las inmediaciones del hotel. Entendemos que estas pueden afectar la tranquilidad de nuestros huéspedes y queremos asegurarle que estamos trabajando en colaboración con las autoridades municipales para minimizar el impacto durante su estancia. Apreciamos su comprensión y paciencia ante esta situación que escapa a nuestro control.

Finalmente, es maravilloso que la localización del Hotel Starc sea de su agrado, situado en el corazón de Andorra, ideal para quienes desean explorar la ciudad o disfrutar del entorno comercial. Esperamos que haya tenido la oportunidad de aprovechar la cercanía a las tiendas y restaurantes durante su visita.
