Residence ideally located to discover the coast between Monaco and Sanremo. The staff is very friendly and available. The comfort and equipment of the apartments are top notch, with a special mention for the bedding. And, essential in the region, the residence has private parking. We come back regularly with pleasure.

Very good stay in this residence ideally located about a hundred meters from the sea. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well equipped. We had requested the baby kit (bath, changing table, stroller and high seat). The possibility of renting a parking space is a real asset because all spaces are paid for in the surrounding streets. There is a mini market at the foot of the building with wide opening hours, very practical.
The bedding is of good quality. We highly recommend this residence

Ideally located 20 minutes from Monaco and 30 minutes from Eze, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and Cap d'Ail. Very clean and very quiet residence 100m from the seaside...but don't expect to see it from the balcony ?. You must take the parking option because all outdoor spaces are subject to payment (20€/day). The apartments are spacious and very well appointed. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to discover the French Riviera.

We spent one night there during our stay on the French Riviera. Cleanliness is excellent, and this is certainly the strong point. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the Residence, but you have to empty the bins and take the rubbish to the bins outside, clean the hob (we didn't use it anyway), ventilate the accommodation, put the used sheets in a special bag. We had to prepare the sofa bed for the kids upon arrival. There were only 2 bathrobes (there were 4 of us). Crazy heat in the accommodation (26°), without the possibility of regulating the temperature, because "the house is in winter mode". Reception who spoke in French, although it was written on the counter that he also spoke in Italian. Paid Wi-FI ?‍♂️?. For €174 stay for 1 night, in addition to the paid garage (if I remember correctly €12/day) at least they could give it that. Be careful when checking in: only between 5pm and 7pm. Available 2 hours a day a day...I'll stop here. Better. Good location, however.
