renovated studio for 4 people, perfect, tastefully renovated.
perfect underground parking because everything is paid.
small downside: swimming pool 1m60 for young children not practical would miss a corner for them.

Very disappointing experience with the online complaints service. Informed 7 days before that the swimming pool was not functional, reception told me to check this with the complaints department. I am sending a request for a change of dates. Pierre et Vacances promises to respond within 72 hours. Having no response I call 01... but I am still referred to this complaint to be made online.
So I made a complaint about the lack of response to my complaint... a month later still without a response. We can conclude that there is no customer service once you have paid..

Very well located, pleasant and well heated swimming pool, incredible and very extensive breakfast, very friendly hostess.

Residence well located for walking to the city center. Clean accommodation, comfortable bedding. Very pleasant and smiling welcome. Parking, although paid, is really a plus.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Pierre et Vacances.
A studio that has certainly been renovated but the equipment has not been changed, the slats of the children's bed broken or even missing, the sheets clean but stained with mold, cobwebs everywhere, the switches and door frames full of dust, a black dishwasher, smelly, full of grime which washes in cold water, dishes found put away but dirty, in short we strongly advise you not to come here This is a total lack of respect for vacationers!!
