Excellent stay at Pierre et Vacances! Of particular note is the kindness of the staff throughout the stay, but also the quality of the half board: the buffets were well stocked, very varied and everything was made on site in front of us, we were pleasantly surprised. However, the rooms are a little dated (furniture and bathroom a little damaged).
we are currently there, arriving on the evening of 12/18, and the next day no more water... general water cutoff on the entire island of Guadeloupe according to reception while leaving in the afternoon for Sainte anne, there was no water cut there or in the surrounding area. in the evening they offer us 3 bottles of water because there are three of us to wash ourselves as well as wash the dishes and drink. and again we had to complain because otherwise we were not aware of the outage. They do nothing, do not offer us a refund or a gesture!! We are staying until the 30th, I hope that by then we will have plenty of water. with a young child it is very complicated to live in ko lanta mode (washing in the sea)... a shame with the price paid at this time
Very beautiful Village but unfortunately in great need of work! And when we went there, it accepted groups for parties, with a sauna on the beach until 1 a.m. and also reserved the beach for facilities for 3 days!
We had a stay from December 11 to December 18, 24 the rooms smell of mold as well as the bedding. Average restoration. The lighting needs to be reviewed. The times given by reception are not the same as the shuttle for departure. We will not return, very disappointing
Asking for a large studio changes everything for the kitchen area. The green spaces the view are magnificent, downside for the lighting because the paths are dangerous holes broken stairs...the staff from the director to the service staff are warm. Thank you for these 15 days of vacation
