Top residence, very well located, the apartments are spacious and clean. And the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Mixed feelings about our stay from November 2nd to 7th.

The location is incredible!

We parked in the easily accessible underground parking garage (€12 extra per night) and were able to easily walk between the port and the Touques River. It's fantastic.

Small shops are within walking distance, and larger shops are a 5-minute drive away.

The accommodation was quite satisfactory. Well-designed, well-laid-out, and well-equipped, but showing its age. A few frustrating flaws. The cleaning was haphazard upon our arrival. The sofa and armchair in the living room were in a terrible state. The ability to close the patio door when on the terrace would be a real plus!

The inner courtyard is very noisy when you're sharing the space with unruly people.

The breakfast is excellent (€19 per person, though!).

A major problem and a huge disappointment during our stay: the indoor pool was closed for safety reasons, which I understand, but no compensation was offered. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. As a result, our goal of a relaxing stay wasn't fully achieved.

So, a stay that could have been fantastic ended on a sour note. We'll definitely return to Deauville, but it's unlikely we'll stay at this hotel again.

We chose Deauville for a vacation during our trip to Paris, and it was the best.
We liked Deauville better than Paris, so much so that we wanted to visit Deauville in the summer.
The small but charmingly decorated neighborhood had very clean and nice streets.
It was as clean as a Korean street.
The people were all friendly and nice.
The hotel staff were much more friendly than the female staff.
They were so kind that we had great memories of Deauville.
We couldn't use the pool because it was closed, but we made good use of the sauna.
This is something Koreans would really appreciate. Even though we made a reservation, foreigners kept coming in, so we went without a reservation the next day.
Please wear a swimsuit when you go. We were a little taken aback by the woman lying down naked and the man walking around. Everyone, including us, wore swimsuits.
Our room was spacious, with a separate bedroom, shower, toilet, kitchen, and living room.
The facilities were a little outdated, but not dirty. There were some things that didn't work (the towel dryer in the shower room), but I liked the spacious kitchen and everything it had. I would definitely visit again.

The residence is very well located. Close to shops, the town center, the port, and the beaches. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Ideal for families. The indoor pool is a nice touch.

If you're looking for a truly premium residence in terms of services, hospitality, and respect for guests, then this is a place to avoid!

I gave management a chance and time to honor their commitments (they offered compensation before my departure) before posting a review, but apparently, it's not just the reception staff who don't care about you…

Beyond the disastrous welcome and the fact that they always reply to emails without any progress, here are all the issues we encountered:

1) Disastrous welcome upon arrival.

2) The deplorable state of the Nespresso machine in our apartment, with missing parts and clearly malfunctioning.

3) The shower/bathtub showerhead leaks everywhere.

4) The towel warmer isn't working. Apparently, according to management, a towel warmer in another residence exploded (very reassuring, isn't it?), so all the towel warmers have been turned off!

5) The pool broke down during the night (okay, bad luck, I can accept that).

6) The shutter in our room no longer has any wall fixings, so it always bangs in the wind.

7) There are holes (big holes) in the ceiling of the hallway right outside our apartment entrance. Very premium look…
8) The breakfast amenities were advertised but not provided (a dream, but only on paper, unfortunately).

9) One out of every two showers at the pool is out of order.

10) The spa sauna is more like a toilet because of its very low temperature; you'll be better off in your own bathtub, assuming it's not leaking…! The spa's hydrotherapy shower, tropical shower, etc., is also malfunctioning, and to top it all off (regarding the spa area), there's a hole in one of the two benches—not very high quality at all!

We had already stayed here at the end of 2024, but clearly all the services have been downgraded… the prices, however, certainly haven't.

To top it all off, they did take your comments into account and offered you financial compensation… needless to say, despite several follow-ups, I'm still waiting!

In short, we certainly won't be staying at Pierre & Vacances again.

I might revise my rating slightly upwards (with a few positive points) if the resort ever gets back to me with something concrete, but for now, I'm going to give them the publicity they deserve, commensurate with their incompetence!
