A very disappointing experience this time.

It's a place we love as a family.
Great apartment, the only problem was that all the towel warmers were off, so there was no way to dry our towels and swimsuits.

The end of our stay was cut short, and we left the apartment in a hurry, forgetting our hats in the closet (nice brands).
I realized this the next morning (so the apartment was still not rented because we had the reservation until the next day).
I called reception immediately, and they told me they'd check with housekeeping.
They'd call you back.
Never heard anything.

I called back the same evening, and they told me to give it a once-over.

I called back the next day, and they made me wait 10 minutes to tell me they hadn't found anything.

I clearly told the young woman that there was no other way I could have been robbed. She didn't answer me, remaining silent on the other end of the line.

So I'm doubly disappointed. I thought it was a warm and friendly place, full of thoughtfulness for its customers, and nothing. We were robbed like everywhere else.

Not even a single gesture, no compensation, not even a word!

The place is obviously still great; we know it, but I'm still very disappointed.

Perfect, the staff is friendly without being overbearing and always at our service.
The rental was very clean, functional, and ideally located for those with two dogs.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality and professionalism of the welcome. Our apartment was charming, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The location of the residence is ideal, allowing you to reach the marina and the beach in just a few minutes on foot. We also really appreciated the heated and partially covered swimming pool.
These amenities greatly contributed to the success of our vacation.
We will be back with great pleasure!
