Extremely disappointing stay.

We chose this hotel solely for its swimming pool, a crucial factor since I was eight months pregnant and traveling with a three-year-old and a one-year-old. Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay, without any prior notice.

Faced with the obvious inconvenience, their staff spontaneously offered us a 40% refund. Nothing was negotiated; this offer came directly from them.

And yet, several weeks later, they suddenly claimed that a 20% refund had been agreed upon, with a glaring calculation error (20% of €1,638.70 is absolutely not €187...).
To top it all off, we received absolutely nothing, despite their claims.

And as if that weren't enough, upon arrival for check-in, I was assured by phone that the room would be ready at 4:00 PM (I even have the voicemail confirming this), but it wasn't actually available until 6:30 PM. In my situation, with two young children, this was simply unmanageable.

Broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.

I strongly advise against staying here and intend to pursue all avenues to obtain what we are owed.

We are currently staying at this residence. If you want to pay a lot for very little service, this is the place for you.

I don't usually complain, but this time it's necessary.

1: The indoor pool is inaccessible due to the storm. We understand, but a credit note instead of a real gesture of goodwill seems inadequate.

2: The walls and floors are very poorly insulated; we can hear everything!

3: The outdoor pool is accessible but closes at 5:30 pm, not 8 pm as indicated…
4: The parking lot is too small for the number of residents, and there are only two charging stations for electric vehicles. Is this 2025?

5: The spa, including the jacuzzi and sauna, is only accessible by appointment because it's too small for the number of residents.

6: The gym is disappointing and also too small!

Just so you know.

8: There are no working towel warmers in our apartment.

7: No negotiation is possible to compensate for the inconveniences.

Perfect, the staff is friendly without being overbearing and always at our service.
The rental was very clean, functional, and ideally located for those with two dogs.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality and professionalism of the welcome. Our apartment was charming, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The location of the residence is ideal, allowing you to reach the marina and the beach in just a few minutes on foot. We also really appreciated the heated and partially covered swimming pool.
These amenities greatly contributed to the success of our vacation.
We will be back with great pleasure!
