We had a wonderful holiday at Pierre&vacances Deauville. Compliments also to the team, for whom nothing was too much trouble and who were always ready to help with a smile and perfect service. I therefore highly recommend this accommodation.

Magnificent ?

Weekend stay at 600 euros per night, the room and terrace were filthy. Superficial cleaning only; the floor was black and dusty. The manager's response: "We use an outside company and don't check after they do!" No air conditioning.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay.
The location is beautiful, overlooking the harbor. The residence is close to all amenities (restaurants, mini-markets, pharmacies, bakeries, etc.).
The apartments are well-equipped, spacious, comfortable, and above all, quiet.
The outdoor and indoor (heated) swimming pools are near our apartments. The hammam is very well-maintained despite the number of people who use it.
The two beaches (Deauville and Trouville) are not far from the residence.
There is so much to see and do; a long weekend is not enough.

It's my daughter's birthday and I want to light the candles. The receptionist claims there are no matches or lighters available in the ENTIRE hotel (which is quite large). They say even if I go down to the kitchen with the cake to have the candles lit, it's impossible.

With such indifference, their sense of service is practically nonexistent... I wasn't going to post photos of the less-than-perfect cleaning of our apartment, but this is so deserved!
