I stayed at your Hotel El Puerto by Pierre Vacances in Fuengirola on the night of November 1-2, 2025, under my name (booked through Booking.com).

My companion and I checked in successfully at 7:00 PM, presenting our passports and registering in room 715.

However, upon returning to the hotel around 1:00 AM, the security guard intercepted us at the door with a very rude and arrogant attitude, questioning whether we had a room and stating that my companion had to register.

After giving him the room number and reminding him that we were both already registered, his manner was suggestive and contemptuous, making my companion—a foreign national—feel like she was being treated like an escort, which caused her to burst into tears.

I went to reception to express my dissatisfaction, but both the receptionist and the security guard downplayed the incident, literally saying that "it wasn't a big deal." Later, the security guard apologized, but in a rather insincere and inappropriate tone.

I requested a complaint form, and initially, I was given an internal hotel form, which had no legal standing. Upon noticing this, I asked for the official complaint form from the Andalusian Regional Government, which I then filled out and submitted.

I consider the treatment I received unacceptable. Besides being inappropriate, it reflects a discriminatory attitude and a serious lack of professionalism on the part of the night staff.

A comfortable hotel on the boulevard. Rooms are reasonable but could use some maintenance. There's a rooftop bar with a pool and great views.

Everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The only negative is that it's a shame there's no parking.

Terrible customer service, they made a payment with my card without my consent for a reservation, I immediately went to the hotel to explain the situation and they told me that they could not refund my money when not even 1 hour had passed, they told me that I could change the date and when I told them they wanted to charge me €70 more than for high season, then they pressured me to choose a date when I was not even in the country, I replied to their email because they did not even call me and just for not putting the exact date they told me that I had already lost the reservation.

Sentimos su malestar.

Lamentamos profundamente lo sucedido. Usted tenía una reserva no cancelable y no modificable. Le ofrecimos cambio de fechas gratuito para octubre. Sin embargo, el día anterior no nos contestaba a la pregunta de cuándo quería utilizarlo, por lo que le dijimos que si no nos decía una fecha ese día durante el 2025 lo perdía. Su única contestación fue "SEPTIEMBRE", que obviamente ya era 2026, por lo que no pudimos hacer nada.

A very well-located hotel with incredible views. The outdoor areas are ideally suited for weddings, which is why I visited this place.
