I find the reviews harsh; we just got back from a week and had a fantastic stay! The accommodations are admittedly a bit dated, but excellent value for money! Everything is provided, even cleaning, and it's well-equipped. We had a garden/sea view, and there's a laundry room. It must be wonderful in the spring with the pool :-) Secure parking, a 15-minute walk from Beaulieu train station, and close to Villefranche beach. Check-in and check-out were easy, even outside of opening hours. The accommodation is well-insulated compared to other holiday residences; you hardly hear the neighbors. You can hear the train if you're on the sea side, but that's common along the coast as the tracks run right by the sea. Don't sleep on the benches, though, as they're not suitable for sleeping (we made that mistake ?). We'll definitely be back! ?
