A very pleasant stay in this very well located residence, at the foot of the slopes and close to the resort center, with very welcoming and available staff. We really appreciated our apartment, spacious, comfortable and well equipped (in our opinion the only thing missing was a hairdryer), opening onto the slopes, with a magnificent view even if it does not face the sun.
4th stay in this residence (3 in winter and 1 in summer) because the location is great but could be the last.
The reception was disastrous this year.
We met 3 different people: one when we arrived, who was supposed to welcome us (barely hello, not a good vacation or good stay), a technician: seen twice each time really very unpleasant and disrespectful. When we left, it was another young woman at reception: first smile of the week at reception, thank you and finally!
⚠️Thefts from ski lockers: despite our vigilance in locking the locker carefully each time, we had our personal equipment stolen during the night, we found the locker locked the next day without part of our equipment, My question is the following: who has duplicate keys?
after reporting it to reception: the only reaction: “IT’S NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. » nothing else, no excuses, no gestures NOTHING, except unpleasant people.
Posters in the ski room say that there have already been thefts and that we must be vigilant, we closed our locker correctly. Now it's up to you to put something in place: change the door codes? Don't leave them open? Put a CAMERA?
Second problem encountered: a leak from the dishwasher: the technician's response put a 30min program.. ahaha well the dishes are not going to be super clean for the next time.
The accommodation is good for its proximity to the slopes but if you can't find your skis in the morning it's useless.
However, because everything was not negative: the accommodation was functional and very clean when we arrived.
We arrived at 5:30 p.m., although our room was supposed to be available at 5 p.m., but it was not ready. So we had to wait almost an hour before being able to access it.
Once installed, we found that only two beds out of three were made, even though we had paid for this service. When we reported this problem, a maintenance worker simply told us that my father had to sleep in the bunk bed. Not finding this acceptable, we asked for a bed to be made up. This visibly annoyed her and she insulted us with extremely rude remarks. Suffice it to say that paying to be insulted on vacation is really not what you expect from a stay.
We received compensation from Pierre & Vacances following this incident, but this does not compensate for the bad experience.
Add to that a water cut from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. one evening, which is far from ideal after a day of skiing...
The only positive point: the location is excellent, with direct access to the slopes and shops. Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of respect from the staff spoils the experience.
