First time in Val Thorens, discovering this residence... how to put it... I've stayed in a lot of places, but this... the cleanliness was good, the welcome too, the price of the accommodation... 280 euros for the whole week, impeccable! But the accommodation itself... it's, how to say, from another era. Quite surprised by this trip back in time... between the hole in the bathroom door, furniture that's 30 years old, and electrical outlets that only work half the time... well...
Fantastic week! Ideal location with views of the slopes and ski-in/ski-out access. Very pleasant residence. Very well-equipped apartment. No stress at check-out. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!!
Horrible. Absolutely avoid it. We were afraid of catching germs there. The old-fashioned look doesn't bother me, but cleanliness is still the main point of rentals, especially with cleaning included. The manager is being dishonest, saying it's because of Dutch Week, but when I see the reviews, they're the same since January. We were forced to book another room in Val Thorens, but there was only one room left in a very expensive hotel. Unacceptable accommodation recommended by the tourist office; frankly, avoid it. I'm going to file a complaint with Pierre & Vacances because the sofa was stained, the mattress protector wasn't even fit for a dog. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub, and there were cereal bars under the beds—in short, disgusting. I invite the managers of Pierre & Vacances to spend at least one weekend in that giant, unsanitary rabbit hutch.
