Ich gebe zwei Sterne für die Mitarbeiter. Sie waren freundlichen und Hilfsbereit, auch wenn einige kein Englisch sprachen, zu Schade für dieses Objekt. Dieses Haus ist nämlich die letzte Absteige, Sanierungs und Renovierungsbedürftig, Schmutzig. Jeden Tag Lärm von anderen Gästen. Ich habe ja nichts dagegen, wenn mal ein Kind schreit oder weint, aber fast das ganze Zimmer abreißen und Türen geknalle, muss nicht sein.

Hinzu kommt noch, dass wir für 2 Wochen, 100 Euro Parkplatz Gebühr zahlen mussten. Ich kenne das nur, dass Gäste kostenlos Parken. Vor der Tür wäre es noch Teurer gewesen, da überall Parkuhren. Und zusätzlich, mussten wir 58 Euro Kurtaxe bezahlen, wo ich dachte, es wäre schon alles beglichen. Schöne Gegend, aber ich komme definitiv nicht wieder.

To describe my first impression of the apartment, I joked with my girlfriend: "Now I understand why everyone makes fun of the guy in the Pierre & Vacances ad." We had a good laugh.

Anyway, the apartment was a bit run-down; I had to share it with a silverfish and a false widow spider. On the other hand, it's not far from the beach, and you can walk there.

L'humour du début de votre commentaire nous a arraché un sourire, même si nous comprenons que l'état de l'appartement n'ait pas contribué à faire une excellente première impression à votre arrivée à la résidence Les Embruns, Alexis, ce que nous regrettons.

Concernant la présence d'insectes, nos logements font l'objet d'un suivi régulier, mais il peut arriver que la proximité de la nature et du littoral favorise des visites indésirables, particulièrement à certaines périodes de l'année.

Nous sommes en revanche heureux de constater que l'emplacement de la résidence a su répondre à vos attentes. Pouvoir rejoindre la plage à pied et profiter facilement du bord de mer fait en effet partie des atouts particulièrement appréciés de la résidence Les Embruns.

Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau pour vous offrir une expérience plus en phase avec vos attentes.

A warm welcome; the receptionists (not the same one at the beginning and end of my stay) were very kind and smiling. This is my third time returning to this place.

My god, what have I gotten myself into… a junkie's place. Am I in Saint-Denis or Deauville? I'm used to staying in Airbnbs and holiday residences, but I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. On the first day, there were three knocks on my door for three different problems, even though I'd just arrived. A problem with the toilet flush, a setting… or something. There are no security cameras in the residence; you don't feel safe… especially when the neighbors spend their days yelling and hitting each other because they're high or drunk. 450 euros for three nights? What a joke. You'll find some lovely photos of the room. Poop on the wall, stains in the sheets, hair on the sink, a filthy shower… I don't even dare put a foot on the floor. First and last time for me at Pierre & Vacances. Wish me luck for the last two days.
