Ich gebe zwei Sterne für die Mitarbeiter. Sie waren freundlichen und Hilfsbereit, auch wenn einige kein Englisch sprachen, zu Schade für dieses Objekt. Dieses Haus ist nämlich die letzte Absteige, Sanierungs und Renovierungsbedürftig, Schmutzig. Jeden Tag Lärm von anderen Gästen. Ich habe ja nichts dagegen, wenn mal ein Kind schreit oder weint, aber fast das ganze Zimmer abreißen und Türen geknalle, muss nicht sein.

Hinzu kommt noch, dass wir für 2 Wochen, 100 Euro Parkplatz Gebühr zahlen mussten. Ich kenne das nur, dass Gäste kostenlos Parken. Vor der Tür wäre es noch Teurer gewesen, da überall Parkuhren. Und zusätzlich, mussten wir 58 Euro Kurtaxe bezahlen, wo ich dachte, es wäre schon alles beglichen. Schöne Gegend, aber ich komme definitiv nicht wieder.

The studio was clean, well-equipped, and located close to the beach and entertainment. However, it wasn't particularly spacious and could use some updating. The staff was very professional, and we received excellent information upon arrival.

Functional apartment, good location, always a friendly welcome

Well located and quiet, highly recommended

Having stayed for three nights, I found the receptionist very welcoming upon arrival, as were the cleaning staff. However, a major drawback was the reception area and the condition of the Les Embruns residence. The interiors of the apartments really need renovating and modernizing; they would be much better presented with a renovation. I noticed the outdated bathroom, with dirty walls, which is a real shame because it's a beautiful and well-located residence.

I appreciated the location of the residence, which is 450 meters from the beach and close to shops, the center of Deauville, and the supermarket. Regarding the price, it was a bit expensive at €9 to make a bed, the cleaning upon arrival was basic, and there was a €10/day charge for dogs, but thankfully they are allowed. I appreciate Pierre & Vacances for this initiative; it's a positive point. The security deposit could include the daily charge in case of damage caused by dogs. Watching TV is not at all practical due to the TV's location (it's fine in winter, but not necessary in summer to enjoy the beach and Deauville). Once the bed is unfolded in the living room or on the small sofa, a stiff neck is guaranteed.
