Unser Zimmer hat ein fantastische Aussicht. Leider WLAN funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Selbst nach dem wir versucht haben 3 Tage WLAN zu kaufen, gibt es keine Internetverbindung. Das Geld wurde aber abgebucht. Die Rezeptionmitarbeiter sagen, wir müssen uns an die Anbieter wenden, es gibt aber keine Kontaktdaten. Sehr schlecht organisiert, obwohl die Unterkunft mit freiem WLAN für 5 Geräte wirbt.
The location was great,I can’t complain about that. However, the rooms were not up to standard. The beds were not made upon arrival, which I found very strange. While making the bed myself, I discovered multiple strands of hair. The floors were also extremely dirty, honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it.
We had specifically requested two rooms with two queen-sized mattresses, and we were told this would be possible. However, when we spoke to the staff to resolve the issue, they were rude and unhelpful. One staff member even told us the rooms were fully booked and that they couldn’t accommodate our request, which felt misleading.
Another issue was the sauna. If it’s advertised as an included amenity, why are guests required to pay an additional €6 to use it? On top of that, it only fits around six people, from what we understood.
Overall, the stay was not worth it. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable, which was very disappointing.
