Wir konnten einen tollen skiurlaub genießen. Die Wohnung war zwar klein, hatte aber alles was nötig war. Vorallem war alles sauber, das Bett bequem und die Aussicht fantastisch. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Tiefgarage kostete übrigens 67€ für die Woche. Von hier gelangt man direkt in die Häuser. Ein eigener skiraum pro Wohnung war sehr komfortabel.

Super Fantastisch. Richtig schön

Das Zimmer war okay und die Lage ist super. Wir hatten dagegen große Probleme mit dem Personal und dem Service. Mir wurde eine Mail geschickt, dass das Geld für die Bezahlung automatisch von meinem Konto abgehoben wird. Diese automatische Abbuchung ist nicht erfolgt. Es gab weder eine Bestätigungsmail noch eine Mail die aussagte, dass die Abbuchung nicht möglich war. Am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts wurde ich persönlich von der Managerin sehr unhöflich aufgefordert sofort zu zahlen! Uns wurde dabei gedroht uns auf die Straße zu schmeißen, wenn wir nicht zahlen. Ich habe die Rechnung mit meiner Karte beglichen aber der Vorfall war sehr unangenehm, das ganze hätte man viel freundlicher angehen können.
Das zweite war, dass ich über die Website auch die Skischule mit dazu gebucht hatte. Ich bin von einem Gesamtpaket ausgegangen, mir wurde dann erklärt, dass dies der Skipass sei nicht die Ski Schule. Auf der Bestätigung steht eindeutig:

849.30 €
Es soll sich dabei um einen Übersetzungsfehler handeln. Man kann es auch anders sehen. Zu den Vorfällen gab es keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches, mir sei ja kein Schaden entstanden.
Fazit, der Ort ist groß und es gibt einige Hotels, versucht doch lieber bei einem anderen Anbieter, nicht bei Pierre & Vacances eine Unterkunft zu bekommen.

The Room was okay and the location is perfect. But we had big problems with the personal and the service. They send me a mail that they will charge from my account. But that never happened, there was no mail that it failed or has done. On the second day of my stay I was very rude asked from the manager to pay my bill immediately! They threatened me to throw me to the street, when I not pay directly. That was very rude the communication could be more friendly.
Second problem I also booked Ski-School but they said to me that was not the booking of the ski-School it was the ski-Pass. They said it was only a translation error. That was a different of round about 900 Euros, that I have not expected! They said “no harm for you, you can book it directly in the school”, no excuse.
Conclusion, the village is big and there a many hotels, it would be better for you to find another provider. So better not book at Pierre & Vacances.

The apartment is very poorly insulated at all levels...we could hear the neighbors and the wind passed through the windows. The kitchen equipment was outdated.

Belle Plagne is a lovely resort with ski-in/ski-out access and easily accessible shops.
Beautiful residence with friendly, attentive receptionists.
Well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view. One note: the lack of lighting.
