3 Sterne Unterkunft...nunja im allgemeinen weiß man ja es sind eigentlich nur 2 Sterne. Bei Ankunft musste ich allerdings festellen 1 Stern und mehr nicht.
Im Haupthaus eine kleine dunkle und muffig modrig riechende Unterkunft.
Schrank im Schlafzimmer nicht benutzbar, da das Bett davor steht.
Gebucht hatten wir mit Balkon. Der war leider garnicht vorhanden, auch keine Terasse zur Wohnung. An der Rezeption wurde darauf nicht reagiert.
Den kleinen Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, das Trocknen für Handtücher usw. war nicht möglich. Empfehlen würde ich diese Unterkunft niemanden. Hoffentlich wird mal renoviert.....wäre dringend nötig...auch die defekten Steine in der Aussenanlage.

Die Wohnungen waren bereits beim Einchecken sehr dreckig. Ungespültes Geschirr, Haarbüschel auf den Böden und Spinnenweben an jeder Ecke. Innerhalb von 10 Tagen bekam jede Person nur ein Handtuch.

Ebenfalls ist es keine kinderfreundliche Anlage, da lautere Geräusche im eigenen Garten oder am Pool sofort getadelt wurden.

Die Anlage ist wunderschöne, großzügig und sehr charmant, der Pool ist super alles bestens. Auch die Lage der Anlage ist ausreichend zentral gelegen, der Ort ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

Gut gefùhrte schöne Anlage in einer sehr guten Lage, nur 15 Min. Fußmarsch nach Saint Jean zum Hafen, auch Biarritz, Bayonne sowie San Sebastian in Spanien sind in bequemer Auto Reichweite

We have been there for a week and the stay has been quite uncomfortable. We took an apartment for 4 (we were 2 adults and 2 small children).
The apartment was tiny, and in the photos it looks big, which is misleading.
Hardly a closet for clothes, except for a narrow closet that is the same as the broom closet, without any shelves and only 2 hanging bars, one of which is unreachable if you are 1.65 meters tall.
It does not have a mop, which I consider essential in an apartment that does not include daily cleaning. The shower leaked water in spurts and since it didn't have a mop we had to use towels (which came just enough for the 4 of us).
Special mention is made of the toilet room, which since we entered the apartment on the first day smelled of urine that was unbearable. We notified the reception and they sent someone to clean, but the smell was still there, as if it were impregnated into the walls.
The kitchen is sufficiently equipped, but without space for a pantry.
The price seemed quite high for what the apartment offered us.
As positive aspects: the reception has been pleasant at all times, the surroundings are very nice and the pool is quite good.
