The women at reception and the staff take great care of the customers, the residence is clean as well as the rooms, the swimming pool, the hammam, and the gym. The icing on the cake is that the establishment is fully accessible for people in a situation of ♿️. Recommended transfer this residence and I will come back M.Poizot jonathan

Superb residence.
The downside is that it was quite cold in the apartment, despite the intervention of the technician. Max 19° and no more!
The spa is nice, sauna and hammam. It would be nice to expand the schedule in the evening.
Finally swimming pool 10m X5m nice but too cold 27°.
We feel that the trustee wants to save money, but given the astronomical price of the stay (€200 per night) we are entitled to have MUCH better!!

We came on vacation to this residence because my father owns a Pierre et Vacances PREMIUM apartment in Flaine and he wanted to exchange it for the Christmas holidays.
First of all, we would like to clarify that we are all extremely disappointed.
As soon as we arrive in this apartment which is supposed to be at the height (at least) of the other one, we notice that nothing is right.
No broom dustpan, in fact we found the handle of this one broken in the scrubbing bucket.
Then, the “curtain”, or at least what’s left of it, in the bathroom is all broken and as dirty as possible.
Just like the bottom of the toilet, obviously the cleaning is well done.
Let’s continue with the dishwasher cutlery basket which was full of holes…. Very practical.
The hood was absolutely ✨crade from home crade✨ I neglected to take a photo of it but I have never seen anything like it. In addition it didn't work, nothing is checked?
Afterwards. Thanks for the clogged shower, it was a real pleasure to wade in this river of filth.
The pans were all scratched and 3 spoons for supposedly 6 people is true, it's ideal.
Anyway, I think you should review your priorities and respect your owners who have invested in your walls a little more. Because this is literally spitting in their face.
