Unfreundliches Empfangspersonal, schlechte Ausstattung in der Küche. Preis ist allerdings unschlagbar.
(Detailliert: Der Herr hinter der Rezeption hat die Situation gerettet und dafür gesorgt das wir mit unseren zwei Kindern nicht im Auto übernachten mussten.
Die Dame wollte uns nach einer kleinen Verspätung, bedingt durch die schwierige Anfahrt, am Check in hindern.) das hat uns sehr verärgert und ist eine Sache die das eigentlich schicke Hotel extrem schlecht da stehen lässt. Eine Check in Zeit zwischen 17 und 19 Uhr ist für die schwierige Abfahrt sowieso ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit.

Awful, awful, awful! We had the worst night of our lives. We arrived late and stayed at this hotel because it was the first place I found and we were exhausted. We arrived almost at midnight, and around 2:00 AM my partner went down to sleep in the car because we couldn't sleep with all the noise! I had a headache from the noise and allergies because there was so much dust on the headboard and everywhere else… The room was tiny; our heads were practically next to the door! The toilet was right in front of the bed, just a step away, and also tiny… At 5:00 AM, a mobile phone alarm started going off that no one turned off. When I went to check, it was coming from an open room with no light.
To top it all off, when dawn broke and we opened the window to see if we could at least see the snow, there was a blue wall right in front of us! ?
I experienced a lot of anxiety with the fake windows and was a little scared during the hours my partner tried to sleep in the car.

❌ Very noisy hallways
❌ The hotel felt a bit creepy
❌ Very dusty
❌ WINDOW FACING A WALL (the crown jewel)
❌ For two people, ONE BAR OF SOAP and shampoo in a dispenser
❌ The beds are noisy
❌ The TV was old, had no internet connection, and only a few channels
✅ The sheets were clean

I had a bad time; we were about to leave at 5 a.m., but we didn't feel up to driving and we stayed. I wouldn't go back even if it were free.

This would be a better hotel if they had sound proofing. You can hear ever sound in the hotel. From shutting a door to walking down stairs an when cleaners move furniture it just vibrates through the building like an avalanche. They need this sorting.

The advertised and confirmed food times are not true. If you want to eat you need to order before 9. It’s advertised a lot later and also confirmed by hotel.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by your experience with the meal times. Our restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 and for dinner from 19:30 to 22:00, as indicated in our information. As previously advised, on the day of your visit there was a group booking which led our staff to provide details about quieter dining times. However, we can confirm that the restaurant remained available to all guests during the announced hours.
