Friendly and helpful staff.
The residence is clean and very well-maintained.
Ideal location: next to the Sensoria Rio baths, the cable cars, the cable car, the town center and its amenities, with a pedestrian walkway along the riverbanks.

The residence is very well located, close to the city center. Access to the torrent and its promenade is very easy. There are easy walks within easy reach.
