Perfect residence in every way: warm and competent team, spacious, quiet, clean, large apartment with a magnificent river and mountain view, perfect location in the village = gondola 5 minutes (the closest and fastest), cable car 8 minutes (arrive before 8 a.m.), shops 5 minutes, thermal baths 1 minute (building next door). The residence is very well maintained despite its age. Ski room in the basement as well as washing machine/dryer (24/7 access)
