No soy persona que le guste dar malas reseñas. Pero aquí se lo merecen. Especialmente porque les dices que has llegado y te has encontrado la habitación sucia con las cosas de los anteriores inquilinos y te piden perdón y te dicen que habrá una compensación. Pero en realidad, solo te responden para darte largas, esperar que te vayas y hasta nunca.
Ésto fue lo que nos pasó:
Llegamos de noche, la habitación estaba sucia con las cosas de los antiguos inquilinos. Llamamos a los teléfonos que teníamos y no hubo respuesta.
Esa noche tuvimos que comprar sábanas para poder dormir.
Al día siguiente nos dijeron que lo sentían mucho y enviarían a alguien a limpiar.
Así volver de esquiar, la habitación seguía sucia, no nos hacían dejado nada del kit que dicen que nos dejan, no había toallas. Hoy seguimos con una toalla y yo me he tenido que quedar y no ir a esquiar para limpiar la habitación.
La habitación huele muy mal. Como a ratón muerto.
Ya he limpiado sus veces y el agua sigue saliendo negra.
Nos dijeron que escribiéramos un mail.
Por supuesto, no nos han respondido
...
El chico de recepción es muy amable, pero siempre responde que él no puede hacer nada. Dice que depende de una empresa que se llama Maeva. Yo creo que se están pasando la responsabilidad de unos a otros. En unos días nos iremos. Y por supuesto no tendremos ninguna respuesta por parte de nadie. Ya os contaré

The + are the very helpful, welcoming, accommodating and professional staff, especially the receptionist, a big thank you to him.
Location close to shops and ski slopes
The - the noise at night because of the bar located opposite which lets drunken customers shout in the street until 3am then the sweeping of the garbage delivery trucks, buses and others begins
A taxi stop is located just below the residence, they leave the engine running
The foul smells in the residence, the apartment has dirty and damaged equipment, the sofa is dirty as well as the chairs and mattresses
This was our first experience at Pierre et Vacances
It turns out to be generally disappointing. We are not sure we will repeat

Top location with free shuttle and direct escalator access to the slopes. Very functional residence and accommodation.
Perfect welcome. Very pleasant, helpful and respectful person.
To improve aging residence and accommodation and a little more plates, cutlery, glasses
.... would be better to limit the number of dishwashers.

Perfect, but rooms overlooking the main street should be avoided, especially during the English holidays: "festive" atmosphere between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. when the many bars in the area close.

The +: Location and staff at the top.
The -: bad smells, noisy, old-fashioned.
For 2 studios, cost of almost 4000 euros for 1 week for 5 people, the quality/price ratio is bad.
