Having been a regular here for several years, I notice in 2025 a deterioration in the service offered in this residence.

Apartment offered which does not correspond to the standard that we had experienced in previous years, for a relatively expensive price.

The disorganization of the staff is felt. Customer loyalty leaves something to be desired...

- Apartment only available in the early evening, we have to wait for hours at reception, without being given an explanation;

- Apartment with terrace access condemned, due to risk of falling due to a damaged guardrail;

- Unsatisfactory household;

- Small apartment, very cramped for 6 people, sleeping on a sofa for 2 people. We had never experienced this.

And to top it off, apartment with no view, because it faces north.

When you pay the same price as in previous years with this degraded level of service, it’s obviously irritating.

So we negotiate compensation to make things easier. We are being promised a serious commercial gesture.

Since then, we have been floundering, commitments are not kept by managers. We're still waiting.

It's really not serious.

Very disappointed with this experience. I don't recommend.

Extremely disappointed with our last experience at Pierre et Vacances Le Roselend in Les Arcs 1800.
Being regulars of the place (every year for around 5 years), we have never been received like this.
Arrived on Saturday around noon (excluding school holidays) as usual. The receptionists tell us that the apartments will be ready at 3 p.m., no problem, this is the usual organization. After 3 p.m., the staff continues to inform us that the 2 apartments will be “ready soon”. In the end, we had to wait until 6:45 p.m. for the first apartment and 7:15 p.m. for the second without having had clear communication about the delay, which had become unacceptable. Especially since we had a reservation in a restaurant in the resort for 7 p.m. and we arrived 30 minutes late due to handing over the keys to the 2nd apartment. The service has been impacted.

This was only the beginning, since upon discovering the apartments, the unpleasant surprises continued. One of the balconies was condemned for “risk of collapse”, we had not been informed of this and this had a strong impact on our entire stay. In addition, linen was missing and the cleaning had been done quickly and therefore somewhat sloppy.

During the week, we spoke with the staff and managers of Pierre et Vacances who committed to a commercial discount following these numerous inconveniences. In the end, as is often said, “the words fly away, the writings stay”. All oral commitments from a certain Maeva disappeared and we never had any commercial gesture following our departure. A great way to show regular customers the consideration the group has for them!..

Unfortunately, we do not intend to repeat our experience in this brand, although we thought until this year that we had found a pleasant place to spend the winter holidays. The location and services, as well as customer consideration, are in sharp decline.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de lire votre retour et de constater à quel point votre dernière expérience au sein de notre résidence Le Roselend n’a pas été à la hauteur Anthony, d’autant plus en tant que clients fidèles depuis plusieurs années.

L’attente prolongée pour la remise des clés, le manque de communication ainsi que l'état des appartements à votre arrivée sont autant de points qui ne reflètent pas les standards de qualité que nous nous efforçons de maintenir. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration, notamment au regard de votre réservation au restaurant, et nous tenons à vous présenter nos excuses les plus sincères.

Concernant les engagements évoqués sur place, nous regrettons profondément qu’ils n’aient pas été suivis d’effets concrets. Cela ne reflète pas la considération que nous souhaitons apporter à nos vacanciers, encore moins à nos habitués.
