The feeling of being literally ripped off by PIERRE ET VACANCES.
We had booked in February directly at the reception of the "Hameau du Glacier" with a specific request, namely to have the same location as last time, that is, at the foot of the slopes, which we had found nice. "Yes, yes, don't worry, we'll find something, but you'll have to pay all at once." Okay.
We went there confidently, delighted to have a wonderful stay, and we discovered that the balconies were closed. Obviously, we wouldn't have made the reservation under these conditions and we would have thought twice.
Not to mention the ridiculous repairs to the electrical installations, the dirty sheets, and the cleaning service that showed up twice without warning.
In short, this residence is only premium in name and price.
Other than that, the village is really good.
Extremely disappointed with our stay.
