Very well located residence! Easy access to the center of Dives sur Mer and the Cabourg promenade! The accommodations are well equipped! It’s a shame that the indoor swimming pool is so small and that the outdoor parking spaces are not under surveillance…

The residence is ideally located, it is entirely possible to do everything on foot once the vehicle is parked. The reception staff are really very helpful and friendly. Our renovated house was small but well appointed and pleasant.
On the other hand, the common areas are aging and the swimming pool disappointing: very small and above all no changing room. Getting home once we were wet turned out to be quite complicated, especially since the corridor where we put the 3t1 items is very often occupied by dressed people who don't swim. Finally, the incivility at the swimming pool is no longer even countable: it seems that many people, including adults, do not know how to read instructions such as "do not jump" (which can quickly become problematic or even dangerous when 5 people jump at the same time non-stop for 1 hour while the swimming pool is already crowded...)
