The welcome booklet with a QR code (too bad the employee at our check-in didn't mention it to us)

Cons:
Paid parking! €12 per day underground, €9 outside
Very poor soundproofing
Chairs on top that squeak a lot (use tampons? Heavy chairs)
Dog that barks too much
The unheated pool
The main road in front of the building is very busy
No pleasant walks in the surrounding area (car noise a lot)
We had to take the car, nothing to do in the surrounding area
Cleaning upon arrival: not clean (dishes, toilets, floors)
