Perfect !! Great location, very clean!!! The only downside is the swimming pool which is too much like that of a municipality... in a week we only set foot in it once which is a shame... otherwise magnificent setting everything was top notch I recommend!!!

Very good stay at Pierres and holidays
We had a quiet apartment with a view of the port, it was just sublime
The accommodation was super clean, well done to the cleaning ladies
Top bedding
Plus the spa with the possibility of having a massage, a real massage, well done to this person
The smile, the hello, the availability of the agents of Pierres et vacances are very appreciated

THIS IS NOT A FIVE STAR.

I'm not one to leave reviews and especially negative ones, but frankly, I don't understand how this establishment can claim five stars.

Short summary of our experience.

We arrive in the evening with my wife and my two children. We discover a room, certainly clean and rather large. It is located in an annex building which means that we necessarily have to walk 50m outside to access the infrastructure.
If it is not dramatic to put on a coat to go to breakfast, it is much more annoying to expose the children to the cold outside after a swim in the swimming pool located next to the lobby (we were many guests running in bathrobes in 7°C outside, soaked with children on their arms, to return to the rooms...).

When we arrived in the room, we were surprised to see that it had NO STORAGE (!) except for a very small wardrobe in the master bedroom... The clothes remained in the suitcase during the entire stay.

When we arrive, we ask for a baby bed. The evening receptionist, pleasant but a little lost, told us that he would see what he could do. He arrives 20 minutes later at our bedroom door with the bed base folded in a box (and no mattress). He leaves everything in our room, telling us that he will see about the rest the next day... so we have a big box in the room and no usable cot (the situation remained as is until the end of the stay).

We also asked for a second room card, and felt a moment of embarrassment: there were no more cards available at reception.

The next morning, we go to breakfast and are tolerated, despite our (culpable) absence of reservation: we must in fact reserve for this breakfast although SUMMARY (industrial orange juice, frozen pastries, etc.), which will have us cost 52 euros per day, for three people (our son, baby, not paying).

The breakfast manager is quite friendly but alone has to manage everything.

Return to the room and try to shower but... there is no shampoo. With dirty hair, I go to reception to ask:

- shampoo;

- that the cleaning be done in the morning if possible, our son taking a nap in the afternoon.

After several minutes of waiting, the receptionist present in the morning (who is systematically at the extreme limit of unpleasant) tells me that the establishment no longer has shampoo (!!!) and that housekeeping was out of order. supplement (as well as wifi); it will therefore not be done in my room during the stay....

So no shampoo provided by the hotel, no cleaning for 3 days, which can be annoying when you pile dirty diapers in the trash during your stay.

Final bouquet: for our last day, we fail (again, culpably) to reserve our place at breakfast according to the instructions on a sign at reception: my wife tries to reserve the day before at 7:30 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. according to said instructions .
This time it's a receptionist who coldly announces that breakfast is FULL for the whole morning.....! So we, customers of the establishment, have no place there and the receptionist is not looking for any fallback solution for us. At 7:40 p.m., we have 20 minutes to go buy something to feed our children the next morning.....

At check-out, we were finally scolded (by the morning receptionist) for having left our hotel card in the room instead of returning it to reception.

Let us be very clear: none of this is serious in absolute terms, but this establishment smacks much more of the austere rationalization of costs, than the "high-end" expected for a 5 star.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience en détail. Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et des standards de qualité que nous nous efforçons d'offrir à tous nos clients.

Nous tenons à nous excuser pour les désagréments rencontrés, en particulier concernant l'équipement de la chambre, la situation du lit bébé, le service de ménage.
Ainsi que les points relatifs au petit déjeuner pour lesquels je suis étonné car nous proposons des oranges pressées à la minute, des produits de saison et locaux.
Il est évident que certains aspects de votre séjour n’ont pas répondu aux exigences de confort et de service que vous pouvez légitimement attendre de notre établissement.

Votre retour est essentiel pour nous, car il nous permet de réévaluer nos procédures et d’identifier les domaines nécessitant des améliorations.
Il est cependant dommage de ne pas avoir eu vent de vos regrets sur votre séjour lors de votre présence sur place, nous aurions pu faire le nécessaire pour regagner votre confiance.
