Excelente lugar y atención especial para ir con niños

Family stay with 4 children, very suitable apartment, ideal location in the center of Deauville, 5 minutes from all activities.

Very pleasant indoor swimming pool and well heated in winter.

The children and we were delighted and I recommend this place as a family, it was great!

We have a planned one-week stay in a 3-bedroom superior apartment.
We arrived at 5 p.m. the room was not ready, we waited 30 minutes in the hall. impossible to get the room at the time or the room number to allow us to bring up the suitcases. Really average reception…
For a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.

We rented a Duplex with terraces.
But they are doomed... we were not warned, it is obviously because of the last storm but no one told us about it. The price was not lower however.
The windows are closed with chains, we cannot ventilate.
Upon arrival in one of the three rooms we are surprised by a nauseating smell. Like rising sewers.
The sofa fabrics are very dirty.
I don't want the kids to put their faces in it...
Finally, when putting a bottle of milk in the fridge door, the shelf which was cracked, broke on the ground...

We are delighted there are still 6 days left…

Well appointed duplex apartment. Convenient parking. Friendly welcome, beautiful setting and great amenities swimming pool, sauna, hammam. Well located. However, small points to improve, especially for a 5-star establishment: swimming pool changing rooms out of service, to be changed with bracelet systems. Pool water much too cold. Worn and stained hallway carpets, to be replaced.

Beautiful place, quiet in the rooms, rather clean. Visiting Deauville and Trouville on foot is really a plus.
