How is my deposit refunded?

A deposit of €200 will be required on arrival if you have not checked in online via your customer account.

On a credit card it is a pre-authorization; your card account will not be debited. If you use a debit card this may appear as a debit which is refunded after your stay. This pre-authorization will be automatically lifted after your departure if no damage has been noted in the apartment in which you have stayed.

You can also pay the security deposit by check.
