To make a claim:

Contact our Customer Service, only by phone at 0892 702 180 (€0.25/min), during opening hours (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00).
A screenshot displaying both the capture date and the lower price found via the Third-Party Booking Channel and the associated sales conditions, along with any other supporting documents, may be requested by our agents. These documents may need to be sent to an email address provided during the call.
The screenshot must clearly display the stay date, accommodation name, sales conditions, accommodation type chosen, and prices offered on the Third-Party Booking Channel.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours following the confirmation of the Eligible Reservation. To meet these deadlines, refer to the hours and dates specified in your booking confirmation email.
