But where are the deals?

You’ve noticed, haven’t you? No more price reductions displayed on the site. Yet, the prices shown remain advantageous. How, you ask? We’ll explain everything about our pricing (spoiler alert: you won’t lose out!).

A quick recap

Until 4th April, we displayed our prices as a crossed-out figure with an associated discount. You would typically see up to 20% off for stays of four nights or more when bookings opened. These reduced rates were what we called "launch prices". During a promotional offer, we could display discounts of up to 30%, combining an additional 10% off on the launch prices.

What’s changing now

From now on, we’ll only show the actual price you’ll pay in the end. If you book as soon as sales open, you’ll be able to see the launch prices directly. So, while you may no longer see crossed-out prices or accompanying discounts (as they are already included in the displayed price), you’ll still benefit from great rates by booking in advance.

What’s staying the same

The early birds will always be the happiest! That hasn’t changed. And because our launch prices vary based on the occupancy of our residences, the earlier you book, the more advantageous the rates you’ll enjoy.

Why this change?

To offer even more transparency in our pricing and clarity in our offers. This way, you’ll better understand what the displayed rates represent. We’ve even added a small informative icon next to our prices, symbolised by the letter "i". By clicking on it, you can see exactly what the price you’re paying corresponds to.

Does this mean no more promotions?

Don’t worry! We’ll continue to offer promo codes valid on the displayed prices. Our top tip for getting the best rates: sign up for our newsletter! This way, you’ll be notified of sales openings and our launch prices. And because we love to pamper our (future) clients, you’ll also receive exclusive promo codes!
