Our director personally contacted you to offer assistance with your luggage and even proposed setting it aside so it could be collected at your convenience. You informed us that you would collect the luggage the following morning. Based on this information, and as part of our standard security protocol, our team ensured the luggage room was locked for the night, especially since the reception would reopen in the morning.
We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced and the additional expenses incurred, but we believe there may have been some miscommunication. We always strive to provide the best service to our guests, and we deeply regret that this situation did not meet your expectations.
