Our snowboard got stolen in the ski locker room . The hotel manager confirmed that there is no CCTV in the whole building and won’t be able to check what happened . So safety is really an ISSUE here as there is no CCTV in the entire building ! When we asked why we are not being informed earlier she replied it’s not necessary and important to tell guest about that. After knowing what happened,She also said that ski locker room is a public place ( instead of belongs to the hotel) and it’s not hotel ‘s responsibility at all.
So rude and disrespectful ?

Clean, comfortable budget friendly skiing apartment. Stunning views, ski in/out. 6 adults stayed in a 7 person apartment and the space was good

The apartments are adequate but rather small for 4 adults. They definitely require more storage for all our ski gear and clothes - we basically lived out of our suitcases all week.
The apartment was well stocked in the kitchen for self catering and it was a lovely living space.
We were missing a towel but that was replaced by reception. 2 out of the 4 pillows we had to sleep with weren’t suitable and it was a push to get 2 let alone another 4 pillows.
The best thing was being able to order bread and pastries which were delicious!
The location was perfect and the views were amazing when we could actually get out on the balcony which is what we had the issue with.
A couple in the apartment above us had a dog that urinated off their balcony every day! It dripped down onto our balcony & then they “washed” their balcony down every day. It was unsanitary and meant we couldn’t use the balcony. It smelled and obviously was disgusting.
We brought this issue up with the reception and they said they’d speak to them. It happened 4 more times before they actually had an answer for us as to what was going on. We had to complain every day and by the Friday (the day before we were leaving) it stopped and they finally had someone clean our balcony which was utterly pointless. This should have been resolved the first time it happened. We weren’t offered any type of compensation & it was treated with an attitude of “oh well, at least they’re cleaning their balcony” they even said “the snow melts and people’s balconies get wet”
I think it was totally unacceptable and we haven’t had any acknowledgment from the residence after leaving.

If you’re after something not so cheap but cheerful it’s great but make sure there’s not a large dog in the apartment above you on the 10th floor!
