Great stay here, so comfortable and quiet. Everything is a stones throw away in terms of shops, amenities and spa and restaurants. Beautiful view across the mountains. Lifts to all floors. Super warm and great water pressure, bath in the room was much needed!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have travelled often. It is so bad that I have created an account just to leave the feedback.

I would never recommend my own worst enemy to stay here. They put a lone female in the furthest away room where no lift was working which meant I had to walk down 5 flights of concrete stairs alone with suitcases.

They have charged me for an end of stay clean which is included in their services according to the website.

The reception staff are inadequate when you are asking them for directions to somewhere. They sent me to the wrong place which I was fortunate enough I left early enough to ask other locals for directions

Review for the Hotel: A Disastrous Experience

This was an unbelievably terrible experience with poor organization and management at every level.

First, the address listed on Google Maps is inaccurate, or there is simply no exact address for this hotel. I arrived at 9 PM, spent over an hour searching for it, and asked three people for help. Ultimately, I gave up and had to find another hotel late at night.

Second, the electricity system is confusing and completely user-unfriendly, especially for non-French speakers. After finally checking in, I was stuck in a cold room for several hours while waiting for someone to assist me with the electricity box.

For context, this hotel charges around €100 per night. The nearby 4-star hotel where I stayed the first night cost €130, and the quality was worlds apart. This experience was deeply disappointing and not worth the frustration.
