The experience of staying there was nothing like their website or the photos on Google Maps.
The top shelves throughout the room were covered in a thick layer of dust. The vent fan over the stove didn't work. Our sleeping room in the apartment was so small that my tiny single bed stuck out a foot into the doorway. Carpets in the stairways were dingy. There's no thermostat or manual way to control each radiator. We woke up drenched in sweat in my room.
The ski room was cool and had no boot warmers.
The "Spa" was a hotel-sized pool, hotel-sized gym, two small dry saunas that were cold. At least the stream room was hot. It had no towels and no water or tea. It's located in a separate building that requires leaving the building where your apartment is and going outside.
We had 2 bedroom apartment for 1 adult and 2 children. We had more than enough space even though the apartment was small. I believe the 2 bed apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people but not 6 as advertised. As most of the resorts in France, the reception is closed from 12pm until 3pm which you just need to get used to. However, I found it strange that the access to the sport facilities incl. swimming pool was also closed in those times as in other similar resorts I stayed in before. The receptionists were polite and helpful. Thank you for the nice stay.
