Excellent place to stay. The staff were friendly, informative, and overall very decent people.
The apartment I stayed in was very clean, peaceful at night, and was stocked with everything I could have needed during my stay. I was thoroughly impressed. The complex was brilliant, the grounds were tidy, and well maintained. Also the complex was very well located for everything you could wish to see during your stay, and within walking distance of the train station. I have told many people of my great stay, and have been encouraging them to consider the place if they ever visit Colmar. Thank you:

Location? Excellent.

One coin sized bar of hand soap for bathroom sink and no soap or shampoo for shower? Barely enough towels? Literally one roll of toilet paper for a group of four? Not excellent and candidly these are not lofty expectations for a guest to have.

Rooms are nice, parking is convenient, and the location is great. Service is mediocre, we needed to fit our own sheets, didn't have oil and salt for the provided kitchen, and there was no room service for our 4 night stay. Extra towels for that length of stay were charged at 4,5€/piece. There is no way to contact reception but going directly.
