It is not a hotel at all. Let’s start with something positive. It is above the average if we look at the cleaning level of the rooms. There were almost no dust but the ventilation should also be cleaned.
Sheets were on the bed (beds not made) when we arrived but it is clearly written on their website.
We booked the room for 8 nights and they said that they are coming for cleaning only for stays longer then 10 days. So next time if you come for a long stay I advise you to make 2 different booking so that you can manage with their “no cleaning service”, “no clean towel”, “extra toilet paper if you pick up from the reception” policies.
You can get any service with a price. As we are staying longer than a week we would love to have one. We went to reception to plan it. He planned for us and then he asked us to tidy up the room if we have something on the floor. Because they wont touch anything on the floor. Every room has its own vacuum cleaner. First time in a hotel (?!) I cleaned my room and made my bed. So it is not a hotel. It is more like a rental apartment.

Excellent place to stay. The staff were friendly, informative, and overall very decent people.
The apartment I stayed in was very clean, peaceful at night, and was stocked with everything I could have needed during my stay. I was thoroughly impressed. The complex was brilliant, the grounds were tidy, and well maintained. Also the complex was very well located for everything you could wish to see during your stay, and within walking distance of the train station. I have told many people of my great stay, and have been encouraging them to consider the place if they ever visit Colmar. Thank you:

Location? Excellent.

One coin sized bar of hand soap for bathroom sink and no soap or shampoo for shower? Barely enough towels? Literally one roll of toilet paper for a group of four? Not excellent and candidly these are not lofty expectations for a guest to have.
