We are deeply concerned about your experience at Pierre & Vacances Eurobuilding 2. The safety and comfort of our guests are our top priorities, and we take your comments about the bed very seriously. Our apartments were fully renovated in 2021, and all furniture meets safety standards.

Regarding cleanliness, we have a strict policy of thorough cleaning every four days, with additional cleaning available upon request, although we would like to point out that on this occasion you requested to change the cleaning day and on the day it was due to be carried out left a do not disturb sign on the door, as per our privacy policies our staff will not access the apartments when the signs are displayed out of respect for our guests privacy.

Our team strives to provide excellent service, and we are disappointed to learn that you found the staff to be impolite. We are reviewing your comments with our team to ensure our usual high standards are maintained going forward.
