The location is very convinient, especially for those attending Real Madrid matches. It is 10-15 min walk to Bernabeu Stadium and within 6-7 min walk to Metro stations. We used mainly line 1 to go to the city center, which takes 15- 20 minutes. There are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants in proxomity and if you don't feel going out, there are many convinient shops and supermarkets with Carrefour located just across the street and working until 1:00 am.

The front desk staff are very rude. The apartments are very dirty. We saw 2-3 rats during our stay. Don't stay at this place. The people who stay in the apartments are very noisy and drunk, and the front desk staff don't care. There are much better options in Madrid, for a cheaper price.

Apartment was clean and had all the required cutlery/bedding for me and my family - reception were always very helpful and great that there's a super market across the road where we were able to get all the required supplies for the apartment

I really don't recommend these apartments. All the staff is not very friendly, especially at reception.
