Located on the marina in Dives-sur-Mer, the Port Guillaume ...residence is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Houlgate beach is a short 500 m walk along the pedestrian walkway running parallel to the sea. Alternatively, Cabourg beach is 300 m ...away, via the footbridge.
This attractive residence offers apartments and houses, some of which have a view of the pool or the sea. Open the windows wide: let in the sea air!

William the Conqueror's point of departure for his invasion of England, Dives offers you a plunge into medieval history with its Halles and Notre-Dame church. Nearby, explore Deauville, Cabourg, Houlgate and Beuvron-en-Auge.
A few kilometres from Dives-sur-Mer, a number of local farms and cider mills offer authentic regional products: cider, pommeau, calvados, apple juice, cider vinegar.... Most offer guided tours and tastings.
The beaches in and around Dives-sur-Mer are ideal for relaxing, swimming and water sports: windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddleboarding, surfing, sailing, jet skiing and sea kayaking. Courses are available for all levels.
The Marais de la Dives offers a wide range of activities: hiking on signposted paths, birdwatching, kayaking, guided tours to learn more about the flora and fauna, and fishing. Ideal for reconnecting with nature.
