We are currently still in this hotel until Sunday unfortunately, but we’ve had such a bad experience I wanted to write about it before we’ve even left, firstly we booked with love holidays, when we got to the hotel they didn’t have our booking even though we have booked this months in advance.. when we showed them the booking confirmation on our phones they said they still didn’t have a booking for us and that we could pay for the night stay but it wouldn’t be refunded.. we was then on hold to love holidays for about 2 hours which were very helpful and was able to 1 book us in for the night stay and 2 to prove that it wasn’t them who made the errors and it was the company.. the next morning we went downstairs and they said it had all been sorted, no apology no nothing just that it had been sorted and we had been booked in for the week. Only compensation we got was a sea view which we had booked prior to arriving to this hotel… we went to breakfast the next morning which was cold and dry the only fruit they had to offer was an apple.. we have been here 5 nights so far and haven’t gone back down for the breakfast we paid for as it’s so terrible. When we asked the manger if they could compensate us in any way for the mistake they had made there wasn’t even an apology just that its been sorted so there was nothing else for him to do.. this hotel is barely a 3 star in my opinion I have never been to such a awful hotel ever.. there is people next to us smoking weed on the balcony like it’s legal in this country, no blankets / extra sheets in the room I asked reception and she gave me an extra thin sheet and reported that they did not have any blankets to offer. This morning we wanted a coffee from breakfast but they wouldn’t allow us to take it back into our hotel room.. room top bar ran out of beer/ wine and most cocktails other than a pina colada this was at 8pm… the hotel is very noisy at night I’ve been awoken every night since being here and have complained to reception but obviously nothing has been done, tonight we had left over pizza to put in the fridge from a restaurant, we asked for a plate so we could fit in fridge, the lady at reception laughed at us and said we could go buy one from the shop as she has no access to any plates / the restaurant, lastly I just want to say how disappointed I am by the hotel itslef the staff and the manger dealing with all of this…

Myself and a group of friends had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. We were on the 7th floor and had a great view of the coast. Staff were friendly. There wasn't any entertainment in the hotel. The pool is quite small and there was a lot of children there during our stay, so it was a bit cramped. There was usually sunbeds available. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar. They host some parties on the rooftop which seemed busy. There are only two elevators in the hotel so there was often long queues for the elevator when these parties were on. There is lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It's only about a ten minute walk into the centre too. But the hotel is on a hill so the walk back is all uphill. There is a lovely beach only a few minutes walk away.

Hotel in a nice location near sandy beaches and city centre. The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean except for the AC which was filled with dust and mold , water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom . The food at breakfast was alright we could always find something to eat although there were no fried eggs and same things every day . The food at dinner was almost always unedible and we would rarely leave satisfied. Once the meat was fried in rancid oil and people complained to the chef and they took it away for 15 minutes and put it back untouched . Once someone asked about a meal and the chef said that he doesn't see a difference between chicken and turkey.

Good value for money and great location near PortAventura

We chose this hotel mainly for the location and cost-benefit, and it met our expectations. It’s just a 12-minute drive from PortAventura, which was super convenient after a long day at the park.

When we arrived, there was no parking available, but the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, a fridge, and a hairdryer.

They cleaned the room daily, which we appreciated. One downside is that the breakfast could be better — the variety was okay, but the quality left a bit to be desired Still, it was decent enough to start the day.

There’s no entertainment at the hotel, but it’s just a 5-minute walk to town, with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. There’s also a playground by the pool, which is great for families. Just a heads-up: the hotel sits on a hill, so be prepared for a bit of a climb when walking back.

Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location — perfect for those visiting the parks or exploring Salou.
