We stayed here only for one night as we came only for the weekend.
We had a lovely stay on the 29th floor, where the view was amazing!!!
All the employees were nice, polite, friendly and helpful. We were even able to check in way before check in time.
Our only issue was ...the shower as we had hot water for about 5 minutes then it turned to cold, otherwise everything was absolutely positive. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely return when we go back to Benidorm.

I have to say I was very apprehensive after reading the reviews about these apartments..we are just back from a long weekend had the best stay the apartment was immaculate beautiful smell when we arrived!!everything you need washing machine dish washer even a little box ...with dish tabs liquid..we new about the 200 deposit we paid in cash got this back within 5 mins of departing all we had to do was take our rubbish away which I would do in any apartment the big bins were right outside for your rubbish..The shuttle bus every 20 mins was great to the beach..I had phoned previously as my daughter needed a low level and they had it already on the 3rd floor..we would definitely return we thoroughly njoyed our stay …
