However, we regret to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the hot water in the shower. It is important to us that every aspect of our guests' stay is comfortable and we apologize for any discomfort this caused.

We are pleased that Monica at the reception of our sister hotel was able to assist you with the shower issue, and we appreciate your kind words about her service.
However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced due to the room not being ready upon your arrival and the confusion surrounding the deposit policy, which is intended to be fully refunded within three days of departure, as published across all our booking platforms. We regret to hear about the difficulties you faced with the washing machine and the provided washing products; our guests are usually encouraged to bring their essentials for a comfortable stay. Additionally, it is concerning to learn about the safety issues mentioned, such as the glass on the balcony and the balcony doors, and we will investigate these matters urgently. We understand the importance of reliable customer service, and it is regrettable that our 24-hour security staff was not as visible and accessible as intended. Apartments are cleaned prior to each stay and additional cleaning services are available upon request. Moreover, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the air conditioning and the lock on your door, and we will review these concerns with our maintenance team. Lastly, we are apologetic for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi connectivity on the higher floors and appreciate your comments regarding the pool's exposure to sunlight.
