Dear Dave,
Refunds are usually issued on the same day of departure, in your case, on May 22 at 4:15 p.m.
We have a copy of the refund, and that's what we tried to explain to you via email.
Go to your bank, which is the one that blocked your deposit. The hotel has the necessary documentation to prove it. Can your bank do the same?
