We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, including the unwelcome pest in your bath and the difficulties with the shower. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Our team strives to provide clean and comfortable accommodations for all our guests, and we regret that we did not meet these standards in your case. We also acknowledge your frustration regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity. While we offer basic Wi-Fi access included in the stay, we regret any inconvenience.
Regarding your interaction with our staff, it saddens us to learn that you felt the service was not helpful or courteous. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we will reflect on your comments to ensure a more positive experience for all our guests. Lastly, we apologize if there was any confusion regarding charges for additional rooms.
