!!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
Staff are all horrible, horrible people, only bad hotel Ive ever been to in Spain. All reception staff hygiene is terrible, body odor stinks out the full reception area. Vending machines take your money, do not give anything, told them to check the cameras with my kid and 3 different receptionists said not their problem, go away, just rude and horrible horrible people. Charged me £25 for 5 towels to use as they only gave 3 for a 7 night stay, not one visit from a maid, the pool is tiny and never in the sun, we went to another hotel everyday and paid to use theres, phoned and phoned for my deposit back and was told because I left towels on couch my deposit wasn't being sent back to my bank, absolute rats, this HAS to be the worst hotel in Alicante, AVOID!!!!!

Unfortunately, during your stay, there were multiple incidents involving aggressive, threatening, and verbally abusive behavior directed at our front desk team. These actions, which were witnessed and documented by staff and other guests, created a situation that compromised the safety and well-being of our team. Additionally, it was noted that your behavior was influenced by a high level of intoxication, which further escalated the situation.

We take the safety and respect of both our guests and staff very seriously. As outlined in our terms and conditions, any conduct that endangers others or results in serious disruption can result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. In this case, our team acted in line with these policies.

While we regret that your experience did not meet expectations, we must also ensure a safe and respectful environment for all individuals within our property. For this reason, the decision regarding the deposit remains final.

If you have any further questions or would like clarification on the policy in question, we would be happy to provide it.

Rooms fully equipped with dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, plates, cutlery you name it they have it! Nice area not on the strip but 10 minute walk away. Honestly could not fault it, would deffo return.

Excellent communication from booking process throughout stay. Very pleasant professional reception staff. Large clean apartments. Huge balcony with fabulous views of Levante beach/Benidorm. Good quality shower gel and shampoo provided along with handy kitchen essential pack.
Bit of a climb to apartment block from beach but otherwise no negatives.

COCKROACH in our bath. No WIFI in the rooms. Shower doesn’t work, staff were unhelpful and rude, and charged us for extra rooms etc. DO NOT BOOK HERE
