We are delighted that you appreciated the cleanliness, the amenities of our apartments, the comfort of our beds, and the powerful shower. It is great to hear that you had a positive interaction with our reception and bar staff and that you found the provision of two keys convenient.
However, we regret to hear that certain aspects did not fully meet your expectations. Our pool is designed to provide a refreshing break from the lively neighborhood, although we understand it may be cooler than some guests prefer. We acknowledge that sun loungers are a highly sought-after amenity and advise guests to arrive early to secure a spot. We are sorry to hear that you found the bar and vending machine prices to not be to your satisfaction, and we will take your comments into consideration for future improvements. The check-out procedure is in place to ensure apartments are ready for our next guests, but we apologize if this caused any inconvenience. Additionally, we understand how important a restful environment is, and we regret any disturbance you experienced from neighboring balconies.
Nonetheless, it pleases us that you enjoyed the huge balcony and the ease of adjusting the temperature in your apartment. Finally, we are glad that you found our location convenient, being just a short stroll to the vibrant heart of Benidorm, and we hope that the slight incline was not too troublesome.

However, we understand that the vibrancy of the area can sometimes lead to a level of noise that may not be comfortable for everyone. While we are in a lively neighborhood, known for its spirited atmosphere, we regret if this aspect disrupted the tranquility of your stay.
Nonetheless, it is great to hear that you appreciated our central location, which offers easy access to both the strip and the old town, providing our guests with a variety of dining and entertainment options within walking distance.
