We appreciate the opportunity to address your claims and provide clarification on the events that occurred during your visit.
We have carefully reviewed the circumstances surrounding your visit and would like to address your concerns regarding the security deposit.
Unfortunately, during your stay, there were multiple incidents involving aggressive, threatening, and verbally abusive behavior directed at our front desk team. These actions, which were witnessed and documented by staff and other guests, created a situation that compromised the safety and well-being of our team. Additionally, it was noted that your behavior was influenced by a high level of intoxication, which further escalated the situation.
We take the safety and respect of both our guests and staff very seriously. As outlined in our terms and conditions, any conduct that endangers others or results in serious disruption can result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. In this case, our team acted in line with these policies.
While we regret that your experience did not meet expectations, we must also ensure a safe and respectful environment for all individuals within our property. For this reason, the decision regarding the deposit remains final.

We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, including the unwelcome pest in your bath and the difficulties with the shower.
