We are delighted that you appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in your accommodation, as well as the balcony which offers splendid views. It's gratifying to know these features enhanced your stay.
However, we regret to hear that the sofa bed did not provide the comfort you expected and that the lack of a television in the bedroom was not to your satisfaction. We understand these aspects are important for a restful experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Furthermore, We also regret any confusion regarding the kettle, all our apartments are equipped with one. We are sorry if this was not the case during your stay.

We are grateful for your feedback.
After a careful review and multiple inspections by both our staff and management, we did not detect any odour in your apartment on any of the occasions we visited during your stay. We understand that comfort is paramount, and we took your feedback seriously by checking thoroughly to ensure the space met our standards.
As an additional note, we were pleased to provide two apartments with views at your arrival as a courtesy, for which only one view supplement was charged. Since the apartment met our cleanliness and comfort standards, we believe it would not be proportionate to offer a refund for the view supplement as requested.
We did extend an offer for a complimentary late check-out. We respect that you chose not to take advantage of this option, and we remain committed to making any future stays as enjoyable as possible.
