After a careful review and multiple inspections by both our staff and management, we did not detect any odour in your apartment on any of the occasions we visited during your stay. We understand that comfort is paramount, and we took your feedback seriously by checking thoroughly to ensure the space met our standards.
As an additional note, we were pleased to provide two apartments with views at your arrival as a courtesy, for which only one view supplement was charged. Since the apartment met our cleanliness and comfort standards, we believe it would not be proportionate to offer a refund for the view supplement as requested.
We did extend an offer for a complimentary late check-out. We respect that you chose not to take advantage of this option, and we remain committed to making any future stays as enjoyable as possible.

We are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location. Our residence is indeed situated just 200 meters from the beach and close to the center of Benalmádena, allowing guests to easily explore the area and enjoy various attractions.
However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Our check-in time for short stays is typically 16:00, and we strive to have apartments ready as soon as possible. We're sorry for the unexpected delay you encountered. Additionally, we are concerned to hear about the cleanliness issues you noticed in your room. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness is crucial to us, and we will address this with our housekeeping team.
Moreover, we regret any confusion regarding the return of your deposit. We would like to clarify that this amount was not a charge but rather a pre-authorization placed on your card as a security deposit during your stay. This hold is standard industry practice but it should have been automatically released by your bank after your checkout. We understand that the timeframe for release can differ depending on the processing time of your financial institution and this may also not reflect on bank statements. If you are still seeing the hold on your account, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team directly. They will be happy to review your case and provide you with the relevant transaction details for your bank to ensure the prompt release of the funds.
