Stayed here for 6 days in October 2024. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Good bathroom, more than enough fresh towels. The cooking facilities are okay, large fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, not too many knives or other cooking utensils, but we survived. The beds are really comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily but is not heated, so was quite cold in October. The location is very close to the beach. The beach is large, clean and nice sand. We enjoyed our stay, can recommend.

The room was great, and I can’t fault the pool either - location is great too within just a few minutes of bars / restaurants.

We did have a problem with the air con not working - but after a visit from the maintenance team that was sorted quickly.

Cleaners refused to come in the room - not sure whether it was religious reasons (men being in our room) but we didn’t see them once - when some fresh towels would have been nice. Maybe just a pick up station for towels would be a benefit - or some cleaners who are fine cleaning male rooms.

Overall a good experience though, but cleaning along with no bar on the resort was a little disappointing - though still a really high standard overall!

Great location, 10 mins from L'Estartit centre and plenty of amenities close by including a good supermarket with a bakery just across the road.

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean on arrival. Most cutlery, glasses, plates etc were provided. There are several buildings under the same name so mileage may vary on the condition of the other buildings (we were in building 4).

The rooms were not cleaned once during our 7 night stay for some reason. Not sure if we missed something such as needing to inform reception that you wanted a clean room, towels, bedding etc. We instead had to source our own clean towels and other essentials such as toilet paper.

Both pools were good and clean although maybe a bit small so will likely get busy at peak times/dates.

No on-site bar for drinks etc. Plenty of good places local but we found this to be a miss.

We are pleased that you appreciated the spacious, modern, and clean accommodations in our residence, as well as the ample amenities nearby, including the supermarket with a bakery just across the street.

We apologize for certain aspects of your stay falling short of your expectations. Our apartments are not serviced daily though there is a change of towels and bed linen every 4 days. Moreover, while our pools are designed for relaxation and enjoyment, they can become popular during peak times. Finally, we understand the absence of an on-site bar may have been a disappointment, but there are plenty of excellent options within walking distance.

It was okay, enjoyed l'estratit. Pool was underwhelming, shower head wasn't pleasant. Elevator and halls were a little icky
