We understand the importance of having assistance available, and while our reception desk is not open 24 hours, we do provide a call forwarding service during the night for emergencies. However, we would like to clarify that our parking facility is not complimentary. Our underground parking has a nightly charge, and we apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred regarding this.
