We just arrived and the room is super dirty and dusty. Very dark and basically no light in the room. The kitchen sink doesn’t flush. The range hood vent doesn’t turn off and we the lobby is closed at 8:30pm. Terrible 1st day experience, room and service. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep away!

We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable condition of your room and the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival, Bruno. A clean and functional space is a basic expectation, and we deeply regret that we fell short in this regard.

The issues with cleanliness, lighting, and the non-functional kitchen sink are completely unacceptable. We will immediately address this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure such situations do not occur again. The problem with the range hood vent and limited lobby hours are also noted, and we will evaluate how we can provide better support for guests after hours.

One of the worst experiences ever. I made a booking in the residence on Booking.com and it was a “Free Cancellation”.

I chose the option to pay at the property and put my card as a guarantee.

20 mins after making my reservation the full amount was deducted from my credit card.

I cancelled the reservation and kept reaching out to the property with no response!!!

It’s been over two weeks now and I did not get my money back nor heard back from the property!

It is such a terrible experience!!!!
