We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable condition of your room and the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival, Bruno. A clean and functional space is a basic expectation, and we deeply regret that we fell short in this regard.
The issues with cleanliness, lighting, and the non-functional kitchen sink are completely unacceptable. We will immediately address this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure such situations do not occur again. The problem with the range hood vent and limited lobby hours are also noted, and we will evaluate how we can provide better support for guests after hours.
