The rooms were clean and warm. Reception were helpful and let us check in early. Can't fault the place.

We stay here often. We want the self-catering aspects, so find the apartment kitchens an important part of our stay. It is clean, and spacious, and the staff are incredibly helpful. It's position is so close to the slopes.

Perfect location, spacious appartment, would definitely return.

Avoid if you have a young family. Out of control party in the apartment above us which was full of 20 people not even staying in the hotel who had dogs and were taking drugs - went on all night until 7am. Police called twice. Pierre et Vacances say they are incapable of doing anything more than asking the person not to do it again.l They say they can’t move them from their room and they aren’t offering to move us who have young kids. Didn’t get any sleep all night nor did the kids. Pierre et vacances show no understanding of the danger of kids going on the mountain without having slept. Recommend going with a hotel / accommodation provider who actually has the willingness and power to address problems like this that (inevitably and understandably happen).

The effort of the reception was extrem oké because the helped us to find a garage for our broken car down in Thyez. Very thankfull. The location in Flaine is a 10. 50 meters from the piste. And 20 meters from the elevator to go to other shops in Flaine. 150 meters from Spar, bakkery and restaurants.
