Just leaving this resort for a couple of days break had a lovely time hotel is very clean staff are brilliant and very helpful. Me wife and children really enjoyed it only downside was a bit far out but free bus to town was perfect. Thanks to all the staff see you in near future.

I can't really moan about much as I got this for under £500 for a family of 5.

But chances are you paid a lot more so I'll give the review as if I paid a lot more with honesty.

The resort is very remote, on its own, it's like it's own town in the North West of the island, right next to the surfers coastline. End of Feb-Mar. It's about 20. Which is a vast improvement to the UK freezing crap right now so happy day's.

Firstly, you NEED A CAR, CICAR is the ONLY company you NEED, they are canary based, and do not hold a charge £2500 on a credit card to hire, plus all the extra rubbish with insurance, you pay cash or debit and all insurance is in the price, no drama. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER COMPANY!

Villa's are ok, dated though, need refurbishment. Maybe 10-15 yrs old.

Complex is Huge, villas span out in streets for maybe half a mile, sea one side volcanos and mountain's the other, extremely beautiful area. I love it.

I'll start with the 3 bed villa, as I said, a bit dated, kitchen & sofa bed, old original bathroom downstairs with a double and single bedroom, upstairs 1 double bedroom with a nice modern wet room bathroom, confused to say the least ?

Pool Area, quite nice, water needs cleaning, minging in corners where bugs gather and cream residue on surface. Life guard spent more time on phone and vaping than looking out for the kids. Shocking, will be reporting him, I'm not a Karen trust me, but this was shocking, 10 mins on phone and then back on it again after hanging up. Same next day.

Anyway, enough of that, didn't really eat here as we visited the local areas for everything time, but did frequent the Resort Italian restaurant and i was very surprised, staff were amazing too. Checked out the buffet last night just to see what they had to offer, no thanks.

I went self catering just for the base camp so just paid for the odd round of drinks by the pool, large beer about £4, so cheaper than at home.

Evening entertainment, don't know to much about but kids disco first till about 9 ISH, then a more adult one with a splash of karaoke sometimes I think going by the poster.

I chatted with Dutch, German and Irish so far, everyone is chilled.

You got a 20 min drive East or West here to get to the nearest Coastal towns, Correlejo to the East is full of shopping, Restaurants, everything you would expect and the Big Supermarkets, MERCADONA & LIDL. WEST is the fishing town, dramatic Coastal scenery and restaurants with a full view of the sunset. AMAZING.

OVERALL, it was just awesome to get away from the UK shit weather, there's no other way to put it. Sorry.

You will love it here though, so give it a Go and enjoy your Holiday ❤️?

The resort itself had alot of offer. Plenty to do. Villas are clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Pavements need updating and so do a few things on the villas.

After me flapping worrying and getting myself wound up, before going to this lovely resort on a fantastic Spanish island, it turns out this was more than anything I had expected. Really lovely welcoming staff who were polite. The establishment its self was of a high standard and for a single mother with 1 child was made to feel safe and welcomed food was amazing and the place was so clean and tidy. I was really really impressed thank you for such an amazing holiday. Only downfall is that it’s far away from the town so if you want that authentic Spanish evening vibe you will have to pay a lot for the taxis there and back.
