Beds/mattresses could do with being upgraded! Other than that it's a good hotel

We are pleased that you found Pierre & Vacances Mallorca Deya to be a good hotel overall, with our convenient 24-hour reception, the close proximity to the white sands and crystal clear waters of Santa Ponsa beach, and our array of amenities designed to enhance our guests' stays.

However, we regret to learn that our bedding did not meet your comfort expectations. The selection of our beds has been carried out with the utmost care to ensure comfort and safety, complying with the NF EN 716 standard. We appreciate your candid feedback and take it into serious consideration as we continuously strive to improve our accommodation offerings.

We hope you were able to appreciate the beautiful sea views some of our apartments offer and the convenience of having numerous bars, restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away along the Santa Ponsa promenade.

The entire team hope that we may have the pleasure of seeing you again in the future.

I've stayed here on the 19th of October staff are really lovely rooms where horrible I got all spots on my legs over bedding we where put on 5th floor with no lifts working I would never return to this place again

Arrived 5th October for 11 nights staff couldn't b more helpful but would certainly not recommend this hotel for families guards constantly called to hotel ..rooms were rerrible no housekeeping you would have to go to reception with your rubbish or ask for toilet rolls and fresh towels ants we're a big factor in toilet and bedroom all over the place .four night into our stay we couldn't take anymore we complained and insisted to b moved and to b honest they kindly placed us in their sister hotel . This hotel is in an ideal location near everything but definitely not family only a young person hotel we definitely wouldn't return Back here again

We are delighted that you found our staff helpful, it is a pleasure to hear that they were able to assist you promptly when needed.

However, we are sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay, including the unwelcome presence of ants and any inconvenience regarding housekeeping. We understand how important clean and comfortable accomodation is and as an apartment building, our housekeeping service is available for longer stays of 7 nights or more with extra cleaning available for a small fee. Moreover, we apologize for the disturbances that necessitated guard intervention and acknowledge that this is not reflective of the tranquil atmosphere we strive to provide.

Nonetheless, we are glad that you appreciated being relocated to our sister hotel and that you found our location to be ideal, situated conveniently near the beautiful Santa Ponsa beach and various local amenities.

We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more satisfying experience in the future.
